StaffAnchor has received a mandate from a leading global organization to hire a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales India. This leadership role is critical to driving growth, revenue acceleration, and market leadership across the region.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with deep B2B expertise, strong CXO-level engagement skills, and the ability to close complex, high-value deals while building sustainable partnerships across enterprise, government, and academic sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive aggressive revenue growth through new client acquisition, channel expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Own and execute Indias sales strategy in alignment with global business objectives.
- Build and strengthen senior-level relationships with CXOs, policymakers, and institutional leaders.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting and consultative engagement to negotiation and closure of high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success, retention, and account expansion.
- Represent the organization at industry events, government forums, and conferences to enhance brand presence and thought leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales (cybersecurity, IT training, SaaS, or technology solutions preferred).
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value deals with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to map client needs to tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Consistent history of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
