Job Title: Sales Head - North Zone - Insurance Broking

Location: North India

CTC Range: 25-30 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 15 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly accomplished Sales Head to lead corporate sales initiatives across the North Zone. The role demands a strategic leader with deep market knowledge, strong industry connects, and the ability to drive revenue growth in the Insurance Broking sector.

You will be responsible for expanding market share, developing key client relationships, and guiding the sales team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the North Zone sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

- Identify, acquire, and manage key corporate accounts across multiple industries.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXO-level decision-makers.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.

- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams for seamless client servicing.

- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments.

- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.

Key Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 15 years in Corporate Sales with a strong track record in the Insurance Broking industry.

- Extensive network of industry contacts across North Zone markets.

- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large sales teams.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.

- Ability to deliver results in high-pressure environments.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (MBA preferred).
