As the Sales Head for MICE, you will define the strategy, lead the team, front-end high-value client relationships, and take complete ownership of revenue targets and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy
- Define and execute BD strategies to drive top-line revenue.
- Lead end-to-end sales efforts from lead generation to deal closure.
- Anchor key accounts and build strong client relationships.
Client Management & Delivery Oversight
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless event execution.
- Act as the liaison between clients, operations, and creative teams.
- Ensure timely and high-quality servicing of all inquiries and deliverables.
Team Leadership
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and drive accountability across the team.
Operations & Vendor Management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve offerings.
