Experience in Sales Revenue generation with educational institutions, edtech firms, corporates, and government bodies to grow our e-Learning vertical.
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of e-Learning to spearhead new business development initiatives and strategic partnerships across the education Rural Sector in India.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue, expanding market presence, and forging alliances with educational institutions, edtech firms, corporates, and government bodies to grow our e-Learning vertical nationwide.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the e-Learning space across K-12, higher education, skilling, and corporate training.
- Create and implement scalable strategies to expand client base PAN India.Drive revenue growth by offering tailored e-learning solutions to institutional clients.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with schools, universities, edtech platforms, and government agencies.
- Negotiate and close long-term B2B deals to strengthen the organization's market position.
- Represent the organization at educational forums, conferences, and industry events.
- Develop and lead a high-performing sales and partnership team.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and client servicing for long-term retention.
- Stay updated on trends, competitors, and evolving customer demands in digital education.
Skill requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in e-Learning, EdTech, or education services.
- Proven track record of revenue generation, partnership building, and team leadership.
- Strong network across Indian education ecosystem (K-12, Higher Ed, Skilling, etc).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Attributes :
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.
- Passion for digital learning and education innovation.
- Experience working with government education bodies.
