- Manage the capital introduction process, connecting wealth managers with asset managers.
- Oversee the company's marketplace platform and ensure seamless user experience.
- Drive distribution strategies to promote investment products to a broader audience.
- Build and maintain relationships with wealth managers, asset managers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of distribution plans.
- Identify new opportunities for expanding the marketplace and distribution network.
Key Requirements:
- CA or MBA
- 10-20 years of experience in capital introduction or distribution business.
- Strong understanding of wealth management and asset management.
- Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and business development.
- Experience working with digital platforms or marketplaces is a plus.
- Multiple projects simultaneously.
