Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the national B2B sales strategy aligned with Company's growth objectives.
- Continuously bring in innovative ideas and new revenue models to stay competitive and expand market share with experience in Corporate wellness.
- Identify white-space opportunities in wellness offerings and work with product teams to create relevant solutions.
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships with corporates, industry partners, aggregators, and insurance brokers.
- Drive acquisition of large enterprise accounts, MNCs, and Fortune 500 clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize wellness offerings aligned with client needs.
- Lead and mentor a high-performance sales and business development team across zones.
- Partner with marketing to design impactful campaigns and thought leadership positioning.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of wellness trends, employee benefits, and corporate health initiatives.
- Build strategic alliances with insurance companies, TPAs, aggregators, and HR tech platforms.
- Track sales metrics, forecasts, and performance reviews to achieve aggressive growth targets.
