Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead and drive sales for commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, leasing, and business development within reputed construction companies. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for commercial and residential projects to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, corporate clients, and real estate brokers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive results.
- Ensure smooth leasing processes for commercial and residential spaces, maintaining occupancy rates.
- Work closely with project, finance, and legal teams to streamline sales operations.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, and business development.
- Proven success in selling high-value commercial and residential projects.
- Experience in reputed construction or real estate companies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and market trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or relevant degree in Sales/Marketing/Real Estate.
- Existing network in the real estate and construction industry.
