We are hiring for a leading commercial interior designing firm, known for delivering world-class workspaces for corporates and developers. The role focuses on acquiring and converting commercial space projects through a strong broker network, direct client engagement, and high-value deal closures.
Responsibilities:
Broker Network Development:
- Leverage an active broker network in Mumbai and Pune to source high-potential commercial space project opportunities.
Client & Partner Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial interior designers, developers, landlords, and key decision-makers.
On-field Sales & Negotiations:
- Conduct regular on-site meetings, pitch tailored design solutions, and lead negotiations from inquiry to contract closure.
End-to-End Sales Ownership:
- Manage the complete sales cycle independently-prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Market Intelligence:
- Track commercial real estate trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Revenue Delivery:
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with full accountability.
Skills Required:
- Established and active broker network in Mumbai and Pune for commercial projects
- Proven track record in commercial space sales or interior design project acquisition
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Self-driven with high ownership and ability to work without constant supervision
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in commercial real estate or B2B interior design sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to close large-scale, high-value deals
- Market research and trend analysis capabilities
