Experience: 12+ Years | IT Sales (Cloud & Enterprise Solutions)
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Head - Cloud to lead our cloud sales strategy and execution across key strategic accounts. This is a leadership role, accountable for driving profitable growth, building CXO-level relationships, and managing cloud solutions sales across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual cloud sales targets across mass-market and strategic accounts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) - including large-scale migrations, managed services, application hosting, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, including P&L ownership and profit planning aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle - from lead generation to deal closure and payment collection.
- Lead a high-performing sales team - setting targets, monitoring performance, and coaching for success.
- Deliver impactful technical presentations and demonstrate cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
- Build strong relationships at all levels, especially with C-level stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal technical teams and external partners to create demand and deliver value.
- Explore and expand sales opportunities across the entire customer account base.
Profile Requirements:
- A proven IT sales leader with 12+ years of experience selling enterprise solutions, particularly cloud services.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, and managed services.
- Track record of exceeding sales goals and delivering profitable growth.
- Skilled in strategic thinking, commercial judgment, and decision-making.
- Experienced in CXO engagement, negotiations, and long-term relationship building.
- A people leader with experience in scaling and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and delegation skills.
