We are hiring for the Hub Sales Head role on behalf of one of our esteemed multinational clients in the Security and Facility Services industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage a high-performing sales team and play a critical role in expanding our client's footprint in the market.

Experience Required: 10+ years in B2B/corporate sales, with proven team management experience

Role Type: Leadership Role - Team Handling

Key Responsibilities

As the Hub Sales Head, you will be responsible for:

- End-to-End Sales Management: Owning and driving the entire sales process from prospecting to closure.

- Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance.

- Client Engagement: Conducting regular meetings and interactions with key corporate clients to understand needs, offer solutions, and build strong relationships.

- Revenue & Target Achievement: Strategizing and executing plans to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

- B2B & Corporate Sales Focus: Developing and expanding the B2B and corporate client base with tailored service offerings.

- Market Development: Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the company's growth strategy in the assigned hub.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Demonstrated success in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in logistics, telecom, security, or facility management.

- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team handling and cross-functional collaboration.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with a goal-oriented mindset.

- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer relationship management and business development.
