- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Expert to lead the sales efforts for India For our Client , focusing on suite of B2B supply chain SaaS solutions, including Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and allied products. The primary focus of this role will be on non-retail sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, industrial goods, and 3PL.

- The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of supply chain operations and a proven ability to drive sales in enterprise and industrial domains. This role demands a strategic thinker and a strong leader with experience navigating complex sales cycles in diverse industries.

Sales Strategy & Execution for Non-Retail Sectors

- Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy targeting non-retail sectors, aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.

- Identify key industries such as manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, industrial goods, and 3PL, ensuring product-market fit for each segment.

- Establish a clear roadmap to penetrate priority verticals and secure long-term business growth.

- Revenue & Business Growth

- Own the P&L responsibility for WMS, TMS, and allied supply chain SaaS solutions in the non-retail sectors.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring high-value enterprise clients.

- Build a strong pipeline of prospects in key industrial hubs across India.

Some Specific requirements:

- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly desirable.

- 2-10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record in non-retail sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, industrial goods, or pharmaceuticals.

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including warehouse management, transportation, and logistics challenges specific to industrial domains.

- Demonstrated ability to lead high-value, complex sales cycles in enterprise environments.

- Experience building and leading specialized sales teams.

- Familiarity with SaaS sales models, subscription pricing, and consultative selling approaches.
