
Role Objective: To lead initiatives in IT sales in the India market, preferably in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining sales strategies including sales plan, revenue forecasts and GTM
- Driving and owning revenue growth is the key
- Building customer relationships, including CXO level
- Maintain P&L for the accounts
- Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise accounts
- Build and maintain strategic Client relationships
- Understand business needs and position relevant solutions.
- Stimulate demand generation
- Lead complex sales cycles by leveraging cross-functional teams including pre-sales, delivery, and product management.
- Hold on sales governance and sales ops along with relevant teams
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to proactively address customer needs.
