As we scale rapidly across regions and verticals, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Leader to drive growth and lead our enterprise sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to achieve revenue growth across SaaS and enterprise solutions.
- Drive market penetration in new verticals and regions, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Own pipeline development, deal negotiation, and closures for high-value enterprise accounts.
- Build, mentor, and manage a growing sales team focused on sector-specific business development.
- Drive performance metrics, OKRs, and accountability across the sales organization.
- Maintain high accuracy in sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene.
- Establish frameworks for inside sales, demand generation, and outbound sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Deep exposure to enterprise sales cycles, especially within digital transformation or SaaS-led services.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, building teams, and handling high value deal sizes.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions, sales playbooks, and customer success alignment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with CXOs and business leaders.
