Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to strengthen our Real Estate business development function. The individual will be responsible for driving seller acquisition, developing new business channels, and building long-term partnerships to achieve growth targets. The role demands strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in managing negotiations and relationships within the Real Estate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, structure, and manage the Channel Partner program, including commercials, engagement initiatives, and performance metrics.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate sellers, brokers, and channel partners to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead negotiations with property owners, finalize commercials, and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Growth, Product, and Operations) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report seller acquisition performance and market trends to the
management team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering measurable business results.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to Real Estate sales, property sourcing, or channel partner management.
- Experience in early to mid-stage startups with business scaling responsibilities.
- Interest in investments, personal wealth management, or real estate as an asset class.
- Background in competitive sports or leadership roles, reflecting teamwork, discipline, and drive.
