
Getlista.io is on a mission to simplify leadership hiring by reducing prospecting time from days to minutes. Our AI-powered platform leverages open web data and high-frequency signals to help organisations discover executives, senior managers, and high-impact talent faster and more effectively.
We are building the first search product for executive hiring that goes beyond keyword or Boolean searches to understand context, generate personas, and deliver competency-based fitment insights in a click.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Partner at Getlista.io, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey. You will engage with decision-makers (CxOs, Heads of Talent, and Executive Recruiters), generate qualified opportunities, and help drive adoption of our platform. You'll be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline building - playing a crucial role in scaling Getlista.io's impact across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage target personas.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure a strong fit with Getlista.io.
- Research target accounts and personalise outreach with insights from open web signals.
- Nurture relationships with executive recruiters, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
- Book discovery calls and demos for the Founder/Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity and pipeline in CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve outreach campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, recruitment tech, or HR tech (preferred, but motivated freshers are welcome).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to research and personalize outreach for senior stakeholders.
- Resilient, self-driven, and comfortable with rejection.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools is a plus.
- Interest in recruitment, HR tech, or AI-driven platforms is an advantage.
