If you're someone who thrives on building markets from scratch, loves GTM strategy, and can blend hustle with data-driven sales execution, this is your playground.

You will spearhead market development, drive sales automation initiatives, and craft GTM strategies that accelerate growth. You'll be the bridge between strategy and execution-rolling up your sleeves to make things happen in the field while ensuring our sales systems and processes are future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

- GTM Leadership: Design and implement Go-To-Market strategies for new and existing products to maximize reach and market share.

- Sales Automation: Drive adoption of sales tech tools (SFA, CRM, analytics) to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making.

- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new territories, channels, and distribution opportunities.

- Sales Strategy: Work closely with leadership to set sales targets, pricing strategies, and channel priorities.

- Performance Tracking: Use data to monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

- Channel Development: Strengthen both general trade and modern trade presence, optimizing channel mix and ROI.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth GTM execution.

What We're Looking For:

- 8+ years of FMCG sales experience with exposure to GTM planning and execution.

- Strong track record in market development and channel expansion.

- Hands-on experience with sales automation tools (SFA, CRM, DMS).

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

- Startup/challenger brand or high-growth environment exposure preferred.

- Hustler mentality-willing to get into the trenches to make things happen.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
