About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic sales operations leader to join the core business team. This role is positioned at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving operational transformation, cost efficiency, governance, and on-ground enablement for the circulation and reader engagement function.
This is a succession role for future zonal sales leadership and offers a unique opportunity to influence business impact at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transformation of end-to-end operational workflows and SOPs across functions
- Drive structured cost optimization and align spending with strategic priorities
- Build governance frameworks and strengthen compliance & risk controls
- Architect MIS systems and analytics dashboards to drive execution excellence
- Collaborate with zonal and regional leadership to drive commercial enablement
- Support new growth initiatives including trade expansion, subscriber reach, and GTM pilots
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in operations, commercial strategy, or field enablement
- Strong exposure to both strategic planning and on-ground execution
- Prior leadership in sales commercials, process transformation, or regional operations
- Experience in media, FMCG, telecom, logistics, or new-age consumer sectors
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent team leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
