Role: Sales Executive - India Named Accounts
We are looking for a young, dynamic, and ambitious Sales Person to join our high-growth team focused on driving new business across India-based enterprise accounts. This is a key hunter role responsible for creating new logos, building a strong sales pipeline, and positioning our AI-first digital services and solutions with CXO-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development - Identify, pursue, and win new logos in the India market across industries like BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Travel, and Technology.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting - Leverage market research, networking, and digital tools (LinkedIn, events, referrals) to identify high-potential prospects.
- Client Engagement - Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, CMOs, Digital Heads) and understand their business and technology needs.
- Sales Strategy - Create and execute territory plans, target account strategies/plans, and outreach programs to drive revenue growth.
- Collaboration - Work closely with pre-sales/ solutioning, delivery, and marketing teams to shape winning proposals and pitches.
- Reporting & Forecasting - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM hygiene; report weekly pipeline updates to the leadership team.
