
Associate Director - TA Ops MIS (Global Role)
Location: Bengaluru | Hybrid | 5-day work week | Afternoon shift
About the Role:
- We're looking for a highly driven and hands-on Associate Director - TA Ops MIS to lead our global recruitment reporting and ensure excellence in compliance at Sagility.
- This is a critical role for someone passionate about leveraging data and optimizing processes to enhance our talent acquisition efforts on a global scale.
- You'll be instrumental in shaping our recruitment operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Reporting & Analytics Leadership: Lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive recruitment reports and analytics for global Talent Acquisition.
- This includes creating dashboards, performance metrics, and actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial budgeting process for global TA, including forecasting, tracking, and monthly reporting of recruitment expenditures and cost per hire.
- Audit & Compliance Excellence: Ensure stringent audit compliance and robust risk management across all recruitment processes and operations globally.
- Develop and implement policies to maintain data integrity and regulatory adherence.
- Operational Optimization: Drive continuous process improvements within recruitment operations, identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient solutions.
- Leverage recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, to streamline workflows and enhance candidate experience.
- Vendor Management: Lead vendor contracting, negotiation, and ongoing management for recruitment-related services and tools, ensuring optimal partnerships and cost-effectiveness.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources to align TA operations with broader organizational goals and ensure seamless integration of processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 10-12 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) MIS operations, specifically within large or global organizational setups.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise and advanced skills in MS Excel (for data analysis, modeling, and reporting) and PowerPoint (for presenting insights and strategies).
- Analytical Acumen: Strong understanding of recruitment analytics, budgeting principles, and compliance frameworks relevant to global talent acquisition.
- ATS Environment: Hands-on experience working within an ATS environment is a must.
- Familiarity with various ATS platforms and their capabilities for reporting and process optimization.
- Work Ethic: A highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive approach to work, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
