Were Hiring: Business Development Lead B2B Partnerships.

Location: Mumbai | Work From Office (with some travel).

Are you a builder of partnerships, a connector of people, and a driver of B2B growth in travel, hospitality or luxury space?.

Were looking for a passionate Business Development Lead B2B Partnerships to work directly with our Founder, and spearhead our next big leap: building our B2B vertical through strategic alliances, corporate tie-ups, institutional sales, and partnerships across the travel and events ecosystem.


What Youll Do

- Build the B2B engine from the ground up from corporate sales to partnerships and everything in between.

- Pitch SaffronStays to corporates for offsites, incentive travel, retreats, and luxury gifting.

- Forge alliances with travel agents, DMCs, wedding & event planners, and concierge services.

- Attend and represent SaffronStays at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

- Track, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of partners using smart CRM and reporting tools.

- Collaborate closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic growth projects.


Key Responsibilities:

B2B Strategy & Execution

- Co-create and execute the B2B sales and partnerships roadmap aligned with business growth goals.

- Identify new revenue opportunities across corporate, MICE, wedding, wellness, and influencer segments.


Corporate & Institutional Sales

- Build and nurture relationships with HR, admin, and procurement teams at corporates.

- Pitch SaffronStays offerings for offsite, wellness retreats, incentive travel, and gifting programs.


Partnerships & Alliances

- Forge long-term alliances with luxury brands, lifestyle curators, concierge services, and experience platforms.

- Explore co-branded partnerships to elevate awareness and reach.


Travel & Trade Ecosystem

- Engage with the travel agent and DMC community to activate consistent referral and group sales pipelines.

- Represent SaffronStays at trade shows, B2B events, and industry forums.


Event & Wedding Planners

- Collaborate with wedding planners, event agencies, and experiential curators for property bookings and custom packages.


Account Management & CRM

- Build and manage a B2B sales pipeline and report regularly on performance metrics.

- Maintain and expand a partner database with structured follow-ups and relationship management.


Who You Are

- 610 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or partnerships preferably in hospitality, travel, luxury, or events.

- A natural networker who knows how to build, manage and grow relationships.

- Youre confident in a pitch room and just as sharp at closing deals.

- You thrive in fast-paced, founder-led environments.

- Willing to travel and explore new markets and partnerships.

- Based in Mumbai (this is a work-from-office role with some travel involved).


Bonus Points If You Have:

- An existing network of corporate clients, travel agents, or event planners.

- Experience in luxury hospitality, premium experiences, or experiential brands.

- A personal passion for travel, design, and unique experiences.
