Role Overview
This is a 360 marketing role that demands both creativity and executional rigor.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing all marketing and communications efforts across digital, partner, and internal platforms for SaffronStays' North India properties.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute region-specific marketing plans and campaigns.
- Leverage data insights to optimize content and communication channels.
Channel & Content Ownership
Influencer Marketing
- Identify, onboard, and manage travel, lifestyle, and luxury influencers for collaborations.
- Track ROI and content deliverables.
WhatsApp Marketing (WA)
- Create and distribute weekly broadcast content.
- Manage WhatsApp Business API tools for guest engagement and lead nurturing.
Email Direct Marketing (EDMs)
- Plan, write, and schedule emailer campaigns.
- Segment guest databases for targeted outreach.
OTA (Online Travel Agency) Listings
- Manage property content on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, and brand website.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize listings.
Blogs
- Ideate, draft, or commission blogs on travel themes, destinations, and home features.
- Optimize for SEO and cross-post on multiple platforms.
Google My Business (GMB)
- Regularly update GMB profiles with new photos, posts, and reviews.
- Improve visibility and local SEO rankings.
Ads Management
- Ideate paid campaigns on SERPs (Google Ads) and Social Media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Coordinate with internal teams for creatives and targeting.
Social Media
- Curate and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Monitor guest feedback across TripAdvisor, Google, OTAs, and social platforms.
- Respond promptly and escalate issues to the operations team.
Creative Asset Development
- Oversee production of static and video creatives for all digital platforms including WA, EDMs, and ads.
- Brief and manage external designers/videographers as needed.
- Website Listings: Ensure accurate, up-to-date content, imagery, and CTAs on the SaffronStays website.
- Head Office Coordination: Liaise with HO for campaign approvals, updates, and central initiatives.
- Internal Communication: Maintain smooth flow of marketing communication with Regional Heads, Brand Managers, and HO teams.
Photography & Videography
- Plan and manage property shoots, working with local creators or professionals.
- Maintain a visual asset bank for each property.
New Property Content Creation
- Create launch content including property descriptions, welcome packs, and brochures.
- Coordinate with content writers and photographers for go-live readiness.
B2B Communication
- Design communication pieces for trade partners, corporate leads, and concierge desks.
- Support sales with decks, emailers, and WhatsApp creatives.
