- Oversee the implementation of learning technologies, e-learning platforms, and innovative training methodologies.
- Content Development & Delivery: Design and deliver soft skills training for corporate and plant employees.
- Regularly update and enhance training materials.
- Training Needs & Program Management: Conduct TNA and TNI to align training with business goals.
- Organize in-house and external training sessions.
- Manage leadership development and other growth programs.
- Rewards & Recognition: Implement and manage recognition programs for learning achievements.
