SAE - Senior Finance Manager

- We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our EPC entity/unit.

- This premium role demands deep expertise in financial consolidation, statutory compliance, and robust financial reporting.

- The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Chartered Accountant with a proven track record of managing complex financial landscapes, driving meticulous audit processes, and providing insightful financial analysis to guide management decisions.

Financial Consolidation & Reporting:

- Lead the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities and ensure accurate preparation of standalone financials as per IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards).

- Oversee and meticulously review intercompany transactions, re-measurements, and sophisticated cost center allocations.

- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial data used for reporting.

Statutory Compliance & Audit Management:

- Assume full responsibility for handling Statutory Audits from planning through successful completion.

- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all Statutory Compliances, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), Customs, Income Tax, and GST Compliance specifically for the EPC entity/unit.

- Act as the primary liaison with external Auditors, tax consultants, and other financial advisors, managing relationships and ensuring timely information exchange.

Financial Operations & Control:

- Drive the accurate reconciliation of various bank accounts and ledgers, performing rigorous scrutiny to identify and resolve discrepancies.

- Oversee the verification of fixed assets and the meticulous maintenance of the Fixed Assets Register (FAR).

- Implement and enhance internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
