
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team, drive strategic business development, and expand our market share.
This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the sales strategy, mentoring team members, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 4-6+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and close high-value deals
- Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, coaching, and developing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales analytics
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
