About the Role:

- We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Sales Analyst to join our sales and business intelligence team.

- In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and improve sales performance.

- You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and finance teams to support forecasting, pipeline management, and performance measurement, helping the organization meet and exceed its revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze complex sales data and generate detailed reports to track sales performance, revenue, and market trends.

- Develop sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards to assist sales leadership in strategic planning.

- Identify growth opportunities, customer buying patterns, and potential risks through data analysis.

- Collaborate with sales managers to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns.

- Support territory and quota planning by providing data-driven recommendations.

- Build and maintain automated tools and dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).

- Work with CRM data (e. , Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

- Provide insights for pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies based on market analysis.

- Mentor junior analysts and lead data-driven projects to improve sales processes and reporting quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- 4+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

- Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

- Knowledge of sales processes, KPIs, and metrics.
