Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes across departments.

- Provide in-depth variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

- Partner with business units to monitor financial KPIs and support strategic decision-making.

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Prepare and present financial statements, board reports, and management reports.

- Ensure compliance with GAAP / IFRS, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audits.

- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and liquidity planning.

- Oversee bank relationships, investment strategies, and internal treasury operations.

- Support M&A activities, fundraising, and financial due diligence as needed.

- Lead cost analysis, pricing strategy, ROI evaluation, and margin improvement projects.

- Assess and mitigate financial risks through scenario analysis and contingency planning.

- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals (e.g., accountants, analysts).

- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, legal, and sales for cross-departmental initiatives.

- Drive process improvement, automation, and implementation of financial systems/tools (e.g., ERP).

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

- 8 to 12 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial modeling, and financial analysis.

- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI).

- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate with senior executives.

- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on approach
