Job Summary:
- We are looking for a results-driven Sales Strategist to develop and execute effective sales strategies that boost revenue, optimize processes, and expand our market reach.
- This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, sales analytics, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
- The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with the ability to turn data into actionable sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet organizational revenue goals
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize targeting, segmentation, and outreach strategies
- Design and refine sales processes, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide strategic input on pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market planning
- Conduct market and competitor research to guide strategy development
- Create sales forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and campaigns with sales objectives
- Train and support sales teams on strategy execution and best practices
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance data
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or a related role
- Proven ability to design and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, CRM systems (e. , Salesforce), and BI tools Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, funnel management, and forecasting
