
- We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex programs consisting of multiple projects.
- In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering programs that align with organizational goals while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end delivery of key programs composed of multiple interdependent projects
- Define program objectives, scope, timeline, resource needs, budgets, and success criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage interdependencies across projects
- Ensure alignment of program goals with strategic business objectives
- Develop detailed program plans, track milestones, and report on progress to senior stakeholders
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, and changes to scope or timelines
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Implement and maintain program governance frameworks, best practices, and reporting standards
- Facilitate program reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations
- Manage relationships with vendors, clients, and third-party stakeholders where applicable
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- 5-7+ years of project/program management experience, with a track record of managing large, complex initiatives
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are highly preferred
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
