
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex programs consisting of multiple projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering programs that align with organizational goals while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end delivery of key programs composed of multiple interdependent projects
- Define program objectives, scope, timeline, resource needs, budgets, and success criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage interdependencies across projects
- Ensure alignment of program goals with strategic business objectives
- Develop detailed program plans, track milestones, and report on progress to senior stakeholders
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, and changes to scope or timelines
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Implement and maintain program governance frameworks, best practices, and reporting standards
- Facilitate program reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations
- Manage relationships with vendors, clients, and third-party stakeholders where applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- 7-10+ years of project/program management experience, with a track record of managing large, complex initiatives
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are highly preferred
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence)
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets
