About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our products-from ideation and market research to roadmap execution and post-launch optimization.
The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with a user-first mindset, business acumen, and the ability to align cross-functional teams around a common goal.
You'll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to build solutions that delight customers and drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Planning:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to inform product decisions
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business goals, technical feasibility, and customer impact
Product Development:
- Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time
- Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups
User Experience & Validation:
- Work with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Conduct user testing, beta programs, and feedback loops to validate ideas before scaling
- Continuously refine products based on customer feedback and usage analytics
Performance & Optimization:
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success (e.g, adoption, retention, NPS, revenue impact)
- Use analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to make data-driven decisions
- Identify areas for product optimization and growth
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Align stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations, leadership) around product goals and delivery plans
- Provide regular product updates and ensure all teams are equipped to support the product
- Support GTM (go-to-market) strategy, product launches, and enablement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role (Associate PM, Product Owner, etc. )
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a product development environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
