About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to support data-driven decision-making across marketing campaigns and channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking marketing performance, generating insights from data, and helping optimize campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels.

As a Marketing Analyst, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, sales, and product to understand trends, measure ROI, and improve customer acquisition and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze marketing data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems, etc.)

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, CTR, CAC, and ROI

- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to monitor marketing performance

- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend optimizations based on performance data

- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve ad and content effectiveness

- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and traffic sources to identify trends and opportunities

- Conduct competitor analysis, market segmentation, and customer profiling

- Identify customer trends, preferences, and pain points using quantitative and qualitative methods

- Support the marketing team in developing targeted strategies based on research insights

- Provide actionable insights to shape content, SEO, paid ads, email, and social media strategies

- Contribute to budget planning and forecasting based on historical and real-time data

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align analytics with overall business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4-5 years of experience in a marketing analyst, data analyst, or similar role

- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Insights, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)

- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)

- Experience with A/B testing platforms and campaign tracking tools (UTM parameters, conversion pixels)

- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media metrics

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's/masters degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
