Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
- The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting business strategy through effective people management, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee performance management and development programs
- Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Manage compensation and benefits planning in collaboration with Finance
- Support organizational change and development initiatives
- Maintain HR records and manage HRIS systems
- Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate learning programs
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
- Lead HR audits and maintain up-to-date employee documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
- Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
