Saasvaap - Manager - Finance

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our finance department.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

- This is a key leadership role that involves working closely with senior management to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations

- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors

- Monitor internal controls and implement improvements where necessary

- Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships

- Supervise and mentor finance team members

- Oversee tax planning and filing in coordination with tax advisors

- Support business units with financial analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)

- CPA / CMA / ACCA qualification is a plus

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial management roles

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
