
IT Business Developer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and tech-savvy IT Business Developer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our IT services and solutions.
You will work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international IT markets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and pipeline information.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Provide input into product development and marketing strategies based on market feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales in the IT or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services such as software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM systems, etc.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and lead generation platforms.
- Bachelors/master's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
