Job Summary:
The Business Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, developing business strategies, coordinating teams, and ensuring efficient internal processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and areas for expansion
- Analyze business performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals
- Supervise department leads and provide direction, support, and development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Support in hiring, training, and retaining staff as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business management, operations, or similar leadership roles
- Strong understanding of business functions (finance, HR, operations, marketing)
- Proven leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, business analytics tools, and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
