Job Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and helping implement solutions that drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Conduct gap analyses, SWOT assessments, and feasibility studies.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, and use cases.
- Assist in the development of business cases and ROI analysis.
- Support project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
- Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, or Confluence.
- Experience with requirements management and business process modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
