Saadaa - Head - Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities:

- Own and execute the supply chain strategy across demand forecasting, procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and outbound logistics.

- Develop robust demand forecasting models aligned with dynamic D2C and e-commerce market trends.

- Build and manage a reliable network of domestic and international vendors and logistics partners.

- Optimize inventory management to balance availability, working capital efficiency, and rapid fulfilment.

- Lead warehouse operations ensuring accurate stock counts, efficient space utilization, and smooth dispatch.

- Oversee last-mile delivery and returns processes to ensure a seamless customer-first e-commerce experience.

- Identify process gaps and deploy tech-enabled solutions for real-time visibility and control.

- Implement and monitor supply chain KPIs OTIF, Inventory Turnover, Fill Rate, Order Accuracy, and Cost per Unit.

- Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks such as supply disruption or demand spikes.

- Drive sustainability initiatives across sourcing, packaging, and logistics.

- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain, warehouse, and logistics professionals.

- Collaborate with founders and senior stakeholders to align supply chain strategy with overall business growth.
