About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced S/4HANA Project Manager with a strong functional background and proven expertise in managing Grow with SAP engagements for Indian customers. This is a strategic leadership role requiring end-to-end ownership of project delivery, stakeholder communication, and ensuring customer success in a fast-paced digital transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects under the Grow with SAP framework.

- Engage with Indian clients to understand business needs, scope project requirements, and align solution delivery.

- Manage project planning, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.

- Act as the functional escalation point and coordinate across internal functional teams (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.).

- Ensure proper change management, user adoption, and client satisfaction during the transformation journey.

- Drive workshops, blueprinting, and Fit to Standard workshop-in line with SAP best practices.

- Collaborate with SAP Support to deliver seamless Grow with SAP implementations.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years of overall SAP experience, with at least 3 years in Project Management.

- Must have successfully delivered at least 2 S/4HANA projects under the Grow with SAP model.

- Strong functional background in SAP modules (FI/CO/MM/SD or PP preferred).

- Solid experience working with Indian clients and understanding of Indian statutory and business practices.

- Hands-on expertise in project governance, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- PMP / Prince2 / SAP Activate certification is a plus.

Preferred:

- Prior experience in consulting environments or system integrators.

- Exposure to SAP BTP and RISE with SAP is advantageous.

- Comfortable working with hybrid and remote teams.
