We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst-Business Operations to Business Head. The role involves managing data collection, analysis, and preparing executive-level presentations. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to create weekly MIS reports, provide actionable insights, and assist in decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and present data for executive reviews.

- Prepare and manage weekly MIS reports in collaboration with business leaders.

- Support the Business Head with insights and recommendations to drive business strategies.

- Collaborate across departments for seamless information flow.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) with 3+ years in data analysis or executive reporting.

- Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Google Spreadsheets).

- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
