Job Overview:
We are seeking a Post-Sales Business Analyst with 58 years of experience to bridge the gap between client expectations and project execution.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering post-sale requirements, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful solution delivery through documentation, analysis, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients post-sale to gather detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including:
- AS-IS / TO-BE processes, SRS, FRS, BRD, use cases, process flows, and mockups.
- Provide support to delivery and implementation teams, ensuring client needs are met.
- Conduct gap analysis and solution validation with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare project proposals, handover documents, and technical reports.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure change management is aligned and adopted effectively.
- Lead presentations and demos for stakeholders during the onboarding and post-implementation phase.
- Identify potential risks, escalations, and contribute to problem-solving and resolution strategies.
