Key Responsibilities:


- Review and lead the creation and distribution of recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.


- Manage and prioritize ad-hoc data requests from clients, often involving manual data extraction and consolidation from multiple sources.


- Serve as the primary point of contact for reporting-related queries and collaborate with clients to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.


- Maintain and enhance reporting templates, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).


- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance with internal data governance policies.


- Identify and implement process improvements or automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.


- Manage stakeholder relationships by providing regular updates on reporting schedules, project availability, and delivery timelines; ensure weekly status communication to key business partners and leadership.


- Manage small teams, including mentoring junior team members and provide quality assurance for their deliverables.


Required Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.


- 7-10 years of experience in data operations, reporting, or business analysis, preferably in a financial services environment.


- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.


- Demonstrated expertise in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) and working knowledge of SQL are essential for success in this role.


- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Masters degree in finance or related field


- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
