Experience: Over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

Team Handling: Minimum of 4 years of experience in team management | Experience leading a team of approximately 15 members

Hiring Volume: Candidate with a proven track record in managing high-volume lateral hiring for permanent roles (100+ positions per month)

Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, including conducting weekly reviews with Business Units (BUs)

Report to: This is a people manager role and position will report to Service Delivery Leader or AVP RPO

Working Days: 6 days (Saturdays Half day)

Job Role

- Develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, as well as across the broader Taggd business.

- Gain a sound understanding of the assigned business/s (structure, nature of their work and business challenges faced) to enable anticipation of businesses future recruitment needs, ensure sourcing strategy is aligned with these requirements.

- Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly communication with the hiring manager community and various key senior business stakeholders, facilitating a consultative recruitment experience through knowledge and intelligence sharing, as well as accurate reporting.

- Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the RPO team.

- Actively seek and act on feedback from key stakeholders to drive optimum solutions for both parties.

- Analyse and communicate to client/s and Taggd peers recruitment trends, results, and insights (business unit, client, and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.

- Communicate the process and benefits of the solution and clients membership to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects, and additional service offerings.

- Using Gen AI tool to create hiring campaigns and create talent pipeline of active & passive candidates

- Governance and Compliance (Team, Recruiting Numbers, Policy, Process, Procedure)

- Extensive experience in Sourcing and hands-on recruiting will be key to this role.

- Regular Team/recruiting numbers/SLAs review.

Job Requirements

Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.

Experience: 8+ Years in Search / RPO Firms OR We are open to hiring quick learners who possess excellent communication skills and have strong zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.

Skills Required

- Excellent Written and Oral Communication (Must Have)

- Strong experience of hiring for Manufacturing/Chemicals/Petro Chemicals/Oil& Gas/ Pharmaceuticals/ Steel Mining. (Must Have)

- Strong knowledge of professional network and job portals usage (Must Have)

- Head Hunting Skills (Must have)

- Positive attitude towards work (Must Have)

- Experience of engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent.

- High target and delivery orientation (Must Have)

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS), and Boolean/advanced searches (Must Have)
