Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Tender Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in tender management and bidding processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the tender department in identifying, preparing, and submitting competitive bids for various government and private sector projects.


Proficiency in the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal is essential.

This role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
Immediate joiners are preferred.


Responsibilities:


Tender Identification and Analysis:


- Actively search and identify relevant tender opportunities from various sources, including online portals, newspapers, and client communications.

- Analyze tender documents (including eligibility criteria, technical specifications, terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria) to assess the feasibility and competitiveness of bids.

- Maintain a database of upcoming and ongoing tenders.


Bid Preparation and Documentation:


- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive and compliant bid documents, ensuring adherence to all tender requirements.

- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, marketing, technical, finance) to gather necessary information and inputs for bid preparation.

- Prepare and organize technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Maintain organized records of all tender-related documents.


GeM Portal Management:


- Proficiently navigate and operate the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal for tender search, document download, bid submission, and vendor registration.

- Stay updated with the latest guidelines, policies, and functionalities of the GeM portal.

- Ensure timely and accurate uploading of relevant documents and information on the GeM portal.


Bid Submission and Follow-up:


- Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids through online portals (including GeM) and offline as required.

- Track the status of submitted bids and follow up with the relevant authorities for updates.

- Maintain a record of bid outcomes and reasons for success or failure.


Communication and Coordination:


- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, etc.) regarding tender-related matters.

- Assist in responding to tender queries and clarifications.
