We're looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.

- Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify potential candidates.

- Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

- Conduct in-depth interviews (face-to-face) to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential.

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and acceptance.

- Oversee the pre-onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

- Contribute to building and promoting a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role, specifically within an automobile manufacturing company.

- Education: Graduation or Post Graduate degree from a reputed institution.

- Industry Preference: Candidates must have prior experience working in the automobile manufacturing industry.

- Immediate Joiners: We are actively seeking candidates who can join us on an immediate basis.

- Interview Mode: All interviews will be conducted face-to-face/physically.

- Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
