Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We are seeking a visionary and strategic CFO with proven IPO leadership to steer our financial roadmap through a transformative phase of growth. This role is pivotal in preparing the organization for public listing, driving financial excellence, and cultivating investor confidence. The ideal candidate brings deep financial acumen, capital markets expertise, and thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments, preferably within the automotive or allied sectors.

Reports to President/Board Members
Qualification & Requirement:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS) and MBA Finance 20-25 years of progressive finance leadership, including successful IPO execution
- Deep understanding of capital markets and financial governance
- Must have strong exposure from automotive or related Industries
- Cultivating investors' confidence and navigating capital market
- Must have involved in mergers and acquisition of business
- Strong track record of driving business growth through better financial planning.
Experience:
IPO Leadership & Execution:
- Spearhead the end-to-end IPO process, including financial due diligence, regulatory filings, and investor roadshows
- Collaborate with investment bankers, legal counsel, auditors, and underwriters to ensure a successful public offering
- Oversee the drafting and accuracy of the IPO prospectus and related disclosures
Strategic Financial Management:
- Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Provide financial insights to the Board to support strategic decision-making
- Benchmark performance against industry peers to drive profitability and growth
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Lead the preparation of financial statements in compliance with Accounting Standards, ensuring robust internal controls and governance frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead audit processes and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and regulators
- Implement scalable systems for post-IPO reporting and compliance
FP&A and Capital Allocation:
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to optimize capital deployment
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to improve margins and cash flow
- Manage treasury, tax, and risk functions with precision
Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary liaison for investors, analysts, and financial media
- Communicate financial performance and strategic vision with clarity and credibility
- Build trust and transparency with shareholders and capital markets participant
