We're looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities


As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:


- Strategize & Implement: Develop and implement effective, data-driven recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, aligning with business objectives.

- Partner & Advise: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide expert advice on market trends, and create compelling, accurate job descriptions.

- Source & Engage: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.

- Assess & Qualify: Screen resumes and applications meticulously, conducting initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.

- Interview & Evaluate: Conduct in-depth, face-to-face interviews to rigorously evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential, ensuring a comprehensive assessment.

- Manage Full Lifecycle: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact and cultivation through offer negotiation, acceptance, and pre-onboarding.

- Optimize Pre-Onboarding: Oversee and enhance the pre-onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive transition for new hires.

- Champion Employer Brand: Actively contribute to building and promoting a strong employer brand that attracts and retains top talent in a competitive market.

- Analyze & Report: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, recruitment metrics, and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and effectiveness.

- Stay Current: Continuously stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.


Candidate Profile

- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role, with a strong, demonstrable track record specifically within an automobile manufacturing company.

- Education: Graduation or Post Graduate degree from a reputed institution is required.

- Industry Expertise: Candidates must have prior experience working in the automobile manufacturing industry.

- Applications from other industries will not be considered.

- Availability: We are actively seeking candidates who can join us on an immediate basis.

- Interview Mode: All interviews for this position will be conducted face-to-face/physically at our office location.

- Gender Preference: Male candidates are preferred for this role.
