Position Summary:
- The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) and AIS 140 GPS Device market, particularly within government projects.
- This role requires end-to-end business management, exceptional relationship-building skills with government agencies and PSUs, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and ensuring project completion.
- The Business Head will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing tender bids, ensuring revenue assurance, and overseeing all aspects of government liaison and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers within various Government Agencies and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) to build a healthy and sustainable pipeline of business.
Government Projects & Tendering:
- Lead the end-to-end tender bidding process, including bid preparation, proposal writing, technical compliance, and commercial negotiations, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of AIS 140 GPS Device specifications and compliance requirements for government projects.
Sales & Revenue Assurance:
- Implement strategies for revenue assurance from existing clients and new projects, ensuring timely payments and financial health.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market data, and generate regular reports for senior management.
