Job Description: Sales Business Development Manager
Location: Pune
Qualification: MBA in Marketing
Experience: 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives through institutional customers and key accounts.
- Develop and maintain a strong database of institutional clients, channel partners, and
upcoming projects.
- Identify and engage with architects, consultants, and influencers to generate leads for new projects.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, product positioning, and
competitive trends.
- Plan and execute sales promotion activities to drive product visibility and brand awareness.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional clients and channel partners.
- Drive channel sales strategy and ensure effective coverage of the allotted territory.
- Provide timely reports and insights on sales performance, pipeline, and market intelligence.
- Travel extensively to meet customers, explore business opportunities, and ensure market penetration.
Required Skillsets
- Strong knowledge of institutional and channel sales.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking skills with architects, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
