Area Sales Manager - Hyderabad (Cleaning Industry)

Position Summary:

We are hiring a Area Sales Manager to drive our Telangana and Andhra Pradesh business from Hyderabad. The role requires leadership in sales operations, customer acquisition, and managing a team of field sales engineers, with a focus on industrial cleaning solutions and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Grow business across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh for industrial cleaning equipment.

- Supervise, mentor, and track the performance of sales engineers.

- Develop relationships with pharma, IT parks, manufacturing, and facility management companies.

- Organize product demos, trials, and technical training sessions for clients.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective pre-sales and post-sales support.

- Prepare sales strategies, forecasts, and regional performance reports.

Requirements:

- B.E. degree (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).

- 6-10 years of experience in sales of industrial cleaning solutions/equipment or related industries.

- Team-handling experience with strong leadership ability.

- Knowledge of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh industrial markets (Hyderabad, Vizag, Vijayawada).

- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.

- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
