About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and drive sales operations across the South region.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dairy Sales or related industries such as Agro Sales or Animal Husbandry Sales, along with a proven ability to manage teams, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver on ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sales growth and market expansion across the South region, focusing primarily on the dairy sector.

- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients, including senior-level stakeholders.

- Manage and mentor a team of field sales executives to achieve performance goals.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.

- Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure optimal channel performance.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience:

- Minimum 8 years in Sales, with strong preference for Dairy Sales; Agro/Animal Husbandry Sales experience also considered.

- Proven track record in regional sales management and team leadership.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Confident personality with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

- In-depth understanding of rural/agri business dynamics in Karnataka.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
